Fines de claires is the identity of the area Marennes Oléron. They have the taste of the area and an unic aspect. The présence of a « singular » seaweed in our claires give this exceptional green colouring.
The taste is softer than oyster from other area in France because we put oysters in claires for 28 days minimum (November – March), maximum density 15 oysters per m2.
We guarantee a product of hight quality by labels Oysters Marennes Oléron and IGP.

This oyster grows 3 years on sea parks. Then, in April, it’s sowed in claires ponds, where they are scattered respecting a density from 1 to 3 oysters per m².
This very low density enables a more important growth of the oyster and an incomparable dense and white flesh.
We use for the Imperiale gestures of former days. We work the same way as first oyster farmers to propose this authentic and ethical product.
With its taste - long in mouth and less iodized than others - the Imperiale is, with no doubt, the oyster made for finest tables and special occasions...
